We are so excited to share waves with you this summer! In order to ensure we have everything we need to have the most epic trip together, please review the check-list below and make sure you’ve covered all your bases:
Registration form has been submitted.
Reg forms are typically done when you initially sign up for the trip, however, if you’re a late addition, please make sure you have filled out the form.
Full payment for the trip and all rentals have been submitted.
You can submit your payment via e-transfer to info@bitchesnbarrels.com
You have filled out your rental waiver (for those renting equipment).
Note: Select “Adult”, fill out your name and phone number, check that you’re over 19, fill out the medical information. It doesn’t let you opt out of the lesson date section, so please select the day after you arrive (as this will be the day we pick-up your rentals).
Note: The Pacific Surf Co. waiver appears to be a lesson waiver, but it is the waiver they require from us for rentals.
You have filled out the online Surf Sister waiver (Classic Weekends and Surf Camp only).
Note: the date of the lesson should be the day after you arrive (ex: if you arrive on a Thursday, the lesson will be the morning of the Friday; if you arrive on a Friday, the lesson will be the morning of the Saturday)
Note for Camp participants: Select the date for the first lesson (the day after you arrive)
You have reviewed the BnBs waiver and emailed it back to info@bitchesnbarrels.com. This waiver can be filled out using the free version of Adobe. If you can’t make this happen, there will be paper copies available upon arrival.
You have notified the BnBs team if you are coming with a friend
You have notified the BnBs team of any food restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions.
You know the meeting date, time, and location.
You have reviewed the packing list, trip itinerary, and rental information (if applicable).
