Cancellation & Refund Policy

Surf Trip Cancellation policy:

Due to the fact that we run our surf trips at cost, trip registrations are typically non-refundable. If for some reason you are unable to come on the trip, we cannot offer a refund unless we are able to fill your spot either with a friend that you send us or someone on the waiting list.

If you are able to provide three weeks notice (or more) and we are able to fill your spot either with a friend that you send us or someone on the waiting list, we will issue you a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee to cover administration. However, in the case that we are unable to fill your spot, we will be unable to provide a refund. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations that fall within 21 days of the start of the trip.

In addition, if you are unable to make the trip you registered for, we cannot transfer your registration to another trip/future trip without first filling your spot on your original trip.

Apparel Refunds/exchanges:

At this point we are unable to offer refunds on tee-shirts or stickers. If you are unhappy with the fit of your tee-shirt, we will happily exchange it for another size (if that size is in stock at the time of the exchange). To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping to exchange your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
